Jess holds a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with a focus on Adapted Physical Activity. During her graduate studies, Jess instructed adapted therapeutic classes, both on land and in aquatic settings, gaining hands-on experience in modifying exercises to meet a wide range of individual needs.
With over four years of experience working with individuals with neurological disabilities, Jess has cultivated a strong ability to support clients in overcoming challenges and enhancing their quality of life. In her current role as an Exercise Specialist, she focuses on teaching movement, improving function and mobility, and promoting proper biomechanics to guide clients in re-learning efficient walking patterns. Jess’s passion for helping others is evident as she empowers clients to reach their health and wellness goals. She approaches each client with empathy, ensuring they feel valued, encouraged, and understood throughout their journey.
When she’s off the clock, Jess enjoys thrifting, tackling fun and creative DIY projects, hiking, enjoying friendly competition with friends while playing Mario Party, and attempting to keep her ever-growing collection of plants alive.
